HDN 16 Guage product boxKnown as the "SMART NEEDLE" the HDN Highly Detectable Needle is designed with Proactive Features that actually help reduce the risk of losing the needle.

Improved bend test results show the HDN Highly Detectable Needle will withstand more bending than traditional needles on the market prior to breaking. HDN Highly Detectable Needles are designed to bend not only at the hub, but also throughout the cannula in a curved manner. This type of bend is more difficult to straighten and as a result discourages re-straightening of the needle for reuse. A strong hub connection helps reduce the risk of the needle dislodging from the hub during use. The HDN Highly Detectable Needle in 16 gauge and 18 gauge is designed with an aluminum hub.
