Neogen acquires assets of Rivard Instruments
Neogen Corporation (Nasdaq: NEOG) announced today that it has acquired the assets of Rivard Instruments, Inc., of Winnipeg, Canada. Rivard Instruments and Neogen’s subsidiary, Ideal Instruments, Inc., are both manufacturers of detectable veterinary hypodermic needles.
